Ruimte voor professionals

In het coalitieakkoord benadrukt het huidige kabinet het belang van ruimte voor professionals in de (semi)publieke dienstverlening. De vraag is in hoeverre professionals beter gaan presteren als ze meer of minder ruimte krijgen. We bestuderen dit vraagstuk vanuit een economische invalshoek.
